Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Doncaster and Bassetlaw NHS foundation trust as a clinical receptionist and booking clerk. The post holder will provide administration/reception support to facilitate the patient pathway.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work within the team to ensure all admin duties are carries out effectively. The post holder will build and maintain close relationships with the established reception team and also the nursing staff and clinicians. The post holder will work on a rota basis to ensure the unit is providing appropriate cover at all times.

- Previous experience working in a clerical/administrative role
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including word
- Commitment to acquire & apply knowledge of RTT National and local waiting times rules
Desirable
- Previous hospital or NHS experience working in a clerical/administrative role
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Knowledge and understanding of RTT National and local waiting time rules
Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent qualification
