Job summary

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and energetic individual, who works well under pressure, is keen to learn, a great team player but is also self-motivated and can work independently when needed. The post holder will be required to assist with all the admin and clerical duties on the Acute Medical Unit based at the Doncaster site.

There may also be a need for cross site cover at Bassetlaw.

Due to the nature of this role a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is expected.This post will require 24/7 cover which will include weekends and the following shift patterns :07:00 15:00 , 14:00 22:00 and a night shift which is 21:00 07:00

Main duties of the job

The main duties of the role are as follows :Recording data, checking patient demographics, signposting patients to the correct departments. The candidate will need to be organised, have a methodical approach, able to work within a team and alone, have a calm manner, approachable, reliable and must have flexibility.
