Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective day to day operational and performance management of the Endocrine, Metabolic and Junior Doctor Rota Coordination Team.

The successful candidates will also be expected to deliver a culture of continuous improvement across the Brain Directorate and wider trust with the primary aim of improving the lives of children at GOSH.

Main duties of the job

As an experienced operational manager with excellent management skills, you thrive when working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, balancing competing demands and tackling daily challenges. You are known for delivering high quality work with keen attention to detail and are a team player who tailors your communication style to your audience. You possess the ability to work independently as well as to lead teams and transformational workstreams. The interests of patients and your staff is at the heart of everything you do.
