World class care requires world class leadership. We have an exciting opportunity to join Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children (GOSH) as Chief Finance Officer, joining an exceptional executive team to lead the development and delivery of our financial and commercial strategy during one of the most exciting, challenging, periods in our evolution.
GOSH is a global centre of excellence in child healthcare. An acute specialist paediatric hospital with a mission to provide world-class care to children and young people with rare, complex and difficult-to-treat conditions, the hospital has, since its formation in 1852, been dedicated to children's healthcare and to finding new and better ways to treat childhood illnesses.
Our last five years have seen real progress towards important goals for children's health, as well as a tremendous increase in patients seeking treatment with us, in London, nationally, and internationally. We have started work on the building of our new Cancer Centre, which will increase our capacity and enable us to deliver even more excellent patient care, and we have implemented the EPIC Electronic Patient Record, opening up opportunities for improvements in the ways we work and collaborate, and in clinical research, innovation and discovery.
