Job summary

This role will provide strong administration support to the senior education team in the coordination and delivery of PGME programmes. This will include organising teaching events, booking venues, arranging catering and delegate bookings and publicising new events. The role will also involve providing administration support to programme management groups and will include creation and distribution of agendas, minute taking, action tracking.

The post holder will also be responsible for the marketing of education programmes internally and via social media.

Main duties of the job

Educational eventso Work as an integral part of the PGME team to support the administration of all PGME courses and events. Examples include, preparing handouts, photocopying, collating feedback, and evaluations and registering staff on course dayso Compiling education and training reports for internal and external useo Design and develop course advertising and promotional material to distribute internally and externally

Assist with PGME communications via website, PGME App, newsletter, and social media, ensuring that these are maintained and up to date. Liaise with the PGME team when improvements or updates are requiredo To support the smooth administration of the courses and events delivered by PGMEo Creating course pages, using the Participant website, promoting courses, distributing flyers, booking delegates onto courses, sending confirmation to delegates, monitoring attendance and non-attendance of bookings and collecting payments when required.o Setting up rooms and IT for PGME eventso Preparation of registers for course attendance, registration of participants and issuing of certificates of attendance
