We currently have 2 Senior PWP vacancies, 1 based at Lotus House in Northampton in our Central Team, a second based at Willowbrook Health Centre in Corby in our North Team.

Main duties of the job

  • This post Band 6 Senior PWP NHS Northamptonshire Talking Therapies

    • Supporting staff to deliver quality assessments, treatment and support to people accessing the service.
    • Providing high quality supervision, support, and a focus on wellbeing for staff providing assessments within the service.
    • Offer expert clinical support and guidance to Step 2 staff.
    • To ensure National Talking Therapies standards are met.
    • To contribute to learning and development of PWP, Assistant Psychologists, Mental Health Support Practitioners and peer supporters.
    • To provide some clinical intervention at step 2 for people with common mental health problems, particularly supporting with our groups and webinars programme.
