PA to Secured Services Management Support Team

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PA/Administrator to provide direct support within our Specialist & Secured Services management team, supporting two members of our senior management team as a minimum.

We are seeking an individual who is a team player, compassionate and flexible in their approach and able to use initiative and judgement to organize their own workload.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be the meeting manager of numerous regular and ad-hoc meetings to your workstream under your dedicated lead(s), taking minutes at both clinical and non-clinical meetings, as and when needed. You will be required to manage their diaries and calendars, bookings, and arrange appointments and meetings with a weekly check-in with your leads. Experience of using Microsoft packages, and internal NHS systems such as: TRAC, ESR, E-Roster and SystmOne would be an advantage. The post-holder will be involved in collating and compiling data reports with agile working this post will require you to be able to self-motivate when working alone.

You will also be required:

o communicate effectively with a wide range of people and agencies, both internally and externally, either in person or on the telephone.

To provide and receive information which may be of a confidential, sensitive or contentious nature.

To demonstrate communication skills appropriate for dealing with anxious and distressed members of the public, relatives and carers

The post holder will be required to meet NHS standards of confidentiality and information sharing.
