What our most recent Band 5s said:
"I always thought I would work with adults until I did my placement here. Working with this team completely changed my mind. The support, knowledge and expertise amongst the whole team was astounding. Since starting as a Band 5, this has only continued, and I can't imagine any other team I would rather be a part of in my first job."
"When I started, I felt so supported by everyone. We regularly check in on each other which is not something I experienced previously outside of the NHS-the emphasis on wellbeing in this team is fab. I feel as if I can always ask for support from anyone. I would think anyone lucky to be in this team, made even better by team days having fun together."
