We are a multi-disciplinary CAMHS Crisis service offering a range of assessments and interventions to support Children and Young people in Mental Health Crisis.We are keen to recruit enthusiastic motived Psychological Therapist as we continue to enhance and develop our service You will be joining a committed, experienced team of clinicians.
Main duties of the job
To provide a psychological therapy within the CAMHS CrisisTeam, including assessment, Safety planning , casemanagement and delivering brief interventions. of children/young people as determined by need. To provide consultation, supervision and support to other clinicalmembers of the team who provide care and treatment. To work autonomously within professional guidelines and exerciseresponsibility for the governance of psychological therapy practice with the specialism.

- Able to demonstrate significant evidence of working practice as a psychological therapist, and must hold registration with the appropriate body. Eg. BACP, BABCP, HCPC.
- Experience managing risk, risk assessment and developing risk management plans

- Significant experience of working as a psychological therapist in practice in a CAMHS setting.
- Evidence of working with CYP experiencing difficulties with emotional dysregulation and moderate to severe mental health difficulties
