Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised, motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join the East Midlands Provider Collaborative Commissioning Delivery Team within Northamptonshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (NHFT).

Our Provider Collaborative brings together the providers of CAMHS Tier 4 services and Adult Eating Disorder services across the East Midlands to work together in a new partnership, to reduce delays, gaps in service and improve outcomes for the service users, their families and carers. Our Team will lead and facilitate the case management, contracting, finance, business intelligence and organisational development to deliver new ways of working. NHFT hosts the commissioning team for both CAHMS Tier 4 and Adult Eating Disorders and this role will support the team.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide a comprehensive administrative and clerical service within the Commissioning Delivery Team.
  • Provide a single point of contact for the Provider Collaborative, promptly answering telephone calls, resolving queries and providing a high level of customer service
  • To provide a high quality clerical and administrative support service to the Commissioning Delivery Team.
  • Data collection of records and performance using specifically designed spreadsheets / programmes.
  • To provide admin and clerical support to the Commissioning Delivery Team for specific regional tasks/projects
  • To organise own workload in conjunction with other team members.

To liaise with colleagues to ensure that most effective use is made of clinical time
