Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Accounts Support Officer to provide high quality financial management support to both clinical and non clinical budget holders. The role includes the preparation of monthly reports, assisting with the completion of the annual accounts, budget setting and producing robust forecasts.

Main duties of the job

We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident, flexible, hard working individual who has experience of working within a finance environment, preferably in an NHS setting. You will need to be an excellent communicator, in both written and oral formats, to explain financial issues to non finance managers and clinicians. The ability to work independently and know when to ask for further advice and support is also required.
