Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme as a Transformation and Benefits Lead. Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is working closely with Royal United Hospitals Bath and Great Western Hospitals as part of an Acute Hospital Alliance (AHA) to deliver a single shared EPR and this role will play a key part the journey towards implementation and realisation of benefits.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven individual who has previous experience of large transformation and benefits realisation programmes. Knowledge and understanding of the benefits that EPR implementations bring and how to leverage change to achieve benefits would be ideal.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to oversee and deliver outcomes that enable successful delivery of intended benefits. They will possess highly developed interpersonal skills for influencing and managing complex situations, engaging and nurturing relationships with a wide range of clinical and non-clinical staff across Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust and collaborating closely with colleagues across the AHA.
