Job summary
Working in a busy Employee Relations team the post holder will provide a comprehensive, efficient, and effective operational Human Resources service and professional HR advice to all staff groups. This includes advising on complex employee relations issues ensuring a positive internal and external reputation for the Trust.
To develop effective and credible working relationships with the Divisions and across the Trust to positively influence patient and staff experience.
This is a hybrid role working remotely and on -site to meet service needs. You will work with a high level of autonomy and as part of a small team of employee relations advisors and HR Business Partners providing HR advice to managers across the Trust .
Main duties of the job
This job works within our busy human resources function called Organisational Development & People. We are on a journey to make Salisbury Foundation Trust the best place to work and have embarked upon an ambitious 5 year People Plan to get us there.
