Job summary
Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and HR Policy, this newly created role will act as the senior HR /ER case manager and support not only the more complex cases across a range of employee relations issues including but provide guidance to the team on all aspects of Attendance management, Performance management, Disciplinary and Grievance matters, in line with local HR Policies. We are on a journey to ensure a Restorative, Just and Learning Culture is embedded in all of HR policies and processes and you will be pivotal in ensuring our success in this area.
You will provide leadership and line management of the HR Advisory team overseeing workflow, triaging cases and supporting service improvements to ensure a professional high quality, customer focused, and consistent employee relations service is provided to all staff groups across the Trust.
Key to the success in this role will be a customer orientated approach to People Operations service delivery. Good attention to detail and excellent Microsoft office skills (Word and Excel) in addition to a proactive and solution focused team based approach is also a must.
You should be educated to masters level or equivalent and be CIPD Level 7 qualified.
The role is full-time Monday to Friday and we offer hybrid working with an expectation that you will be based on site at least 2-3 days per week .
