Imber Ward, our new 24 bedded elderly care ward, is opening in Spring 2024 and we are looking to recruit Discharge Coordinators to join this exemplar ward to help ensure the safe and timely discharge of patients from hospital.
You will work with all members of the multi disciplinary team helping people leave the hospital when their treatment is finished with us. You will need excellent communication and personal skills, curiosity and determination. In return we offer diverse and supportive teams who will encourage and appreciate your contribution to excellent care here at Salisbury Hospital.
