Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Maternity Digital Administrator within the Maternity and Neonatal Services to join our friendly centralised team to provideadministrative support to the Digital Midwife and wider Maternity team in ensuring Maternity data is accurate and reliable.
Main duties of the job
- To provide administrative support to the Digital Midwife and wider Maternity team in ensuring Maternity data is accurate and reliable.
- To focus on heath inequalities and identify any variations in data impacted by heath inequalities. Ensuring any data relating to equity and equality is collated and processed in accordance with national and local timescales for data submission.
- Identifying areas where data quality needs improvement, assisting with new data capture processes, correcting any errors in non-clinical data and inputting missing data.
- Support day to day with Clinical Information Systems within maternity, ensuring optimal support and function across the unit. Including support with data and account management of the system, pulling data and reports.
- Supporting with producing Info graphics for Compliments, Patients, Staff and Maternity Stats on a quarterly basis.To support with the Maternity Unit's Social Media platforms and website alongside the Digital Midwife, Patient Experience Midwife and Communication team.
