Job summary
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as the role requires them to interface with the public regularly.
The post holder will work a shift pattern, with a friendly and vibrant team.
This is a busy and varied role, you will be required to work with both the administration team and pool team (NPLQ lifeguard qualification desired but not necessary). Leisure assistanrt/receptionist and Bank lifeguard contracts available.
Main duties of the job
- To provide a professional and customer focused reception for all users of Odstock Health & Fitness leisure centre and an efficient front of house service.
- To be an operational lifeguard
- Assist with the promotion and marketing of membership and services.
- Deal with a variety of bookings for activities within the centre face to face and over the phone.
