Job summary

This is an exciting opportunity to support transformational change, quality improvements and patient experience for people receiving spinal cord injury care within the newly-established South West Spinal Cord Injury network.

We are looking for a therapist or nurse with extensive experience in Spinal Cord Injury to undertake a 6 month pilot of the Lead AHP role, with a potential to extend this following evaluation.

The post is offered on the basis of 0.2 WTE and will be hosted by Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust. Main duties of the job

The purpose of the role is to support education, innovation and quality improvement to enhance working practice and standards of evidence-based care specific to spinal cord injury patients, as part of an integrated model of care in the South West region and parts of the South East region within the catchment area of Salisbury Spinal Cord Injuries Centre.
