Main duties of the job
The team at Salisbury Trust are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help us take our type 1 diabetes service into the future at this exciting time with so many new technologies available. This post is a replacement permanent post for a Consultant in Diabetes, Endocrinology & GIM. There is also the opportunity to develop an interest in other areas of diabetes and endocrinology depending on interest and experience. This post provides an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join a dynamic team of consultants within the service but also as a wider member of the Medicine Division Consultant team. The duties will combine outpatient diabetes and endocrine clinics, as well as some ward based general medicine.
The holder of this post will be a Consultant with CCT in Diabetes and Endocrinology or within 6 months of achieving CCT.
