This role will cover the reception area of the building and support with administrative tasks for the two services operating from this building which are Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies and the Primary Care Mental Health Hub. Main duties of the job
Our administrators are essential to our services, with numerous clients across the county, we rely on them to maintain high-quality services. As this is a client facing role we are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to manage enquires, via email and telephone, from service users and professionals. We are also looking for a candidate who has good keyboard, administration, and computer skills, have a pleasant telephone manner, and enjoys interacting with team members and clients. As a valued team member, we will support your skill and knowledge development, and there will be opportunities to obtain further qualifications and participate in yearly appraisal reviews.
