As a Team Administrator, you will be the backbone of our service. You will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the IPC team, ensuring our clinical staff can focus on keeping patients, visitors, and staff safe.

Essential Requirements:
- Education:Higher Education qualification (A-Level/NVQ III) or equivalent experience in an administrative role.
- IT Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with digital systems.
- Soft Skills:Excellent telephone manner, the ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a heavy workload without direct supervision.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities
- Team Support: Provide professional administrative assistance, including managing complex diaries for clinical managers and organising team events or study days.
- Meeting Management: Compile agendas, prepare documentation, and take accurate minutes for meetings, ensuring all follow-up actions are completed promptly.
- Information Governance: Maintain high standards of data quality by managing audit and surveillance databases and ensuring sensitive records are stored securely.
- Office Coordination: Handle telephone and email enquiries with sensitivity, manage the team's petty cash, and order stationery through e-procurement systems.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, communicating confidential and sensitive information with a high level of initiative.
