Wallingford Community Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our administration team on a part time basis for 12 hours per week. This role involves working Saturday and Sunday, 8:00am-2:00pm, supporting the smooth running of our services and providing a friendly, professional experience for patients and staff.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment, providing a comprehensive administrative service.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner. Strong organisational and IT skills are essential, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will be comfortable multitasking, working in a fast paced environment and prioritising workloads effectively.
