We are currently recruiting for a Team Secretary Ward Clerk to join our Cotswold House Eating Disorders (ED) team on a full time basis in Oxford. You will have a unique opportunity to work with ED Community Team and the ED Inpatient team and provide essential admin support to all staff from both services, create and maintain existing databases, arrange meeting for members of the team with diary management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience to join a fast paced team in a varied role, supporting a range of colleagues with a variety of responsibilities and an opportunity to learn and develop your skills and knowledge further.

Main duties of the job

  • To provide a consistent, professional, polite and well-informed front door service to any visitors to the Unit.
  • To be a point of contact for all maintenance issues and to liaise appropriately with the Estates & Facilities Departments when required.
  • To contribute to an effective and efficient business and offer administrative support to the Multidisciplinary Team.
  • To receive and respond appropriately to internal and external telephone queries.
  • Arrange meetings for members of the team. This will include liaison with internal departments and external agencies, arranging room bookings and ordering any catering.
