We're seeking an Admin Assistant to join the Falls Preventions Team based in Witney.
You will provide essential admin support to the Falls Team and across the Integrated Intensive Community Care Pathway. Main duties of the job
- Assist the Falls team in delivering community care by accurately collating, recording, and inputting patient information into electronic patient record systems including processing new referrals.
- Schedule clinics and home visits for clinicians, with an understanding of Oxfordshire's geography and travel times.
- Order, check, maintain, and distribute equipment and supplies as needed.
- Support the financial aspects of the service by processing invoices for payment.
- Monitor and respond to team emails and telephone queries from the public and healthcare professionals.
- Utilise Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and Teams for data and activity monitoring, as well as standard administrative tasks like printing, photocopying, and minute-taking for meetings.
- Proficiency in healthcare records systems such as EMIS is advantageous.
The ability to travel independently between sites within the Trust is essential for this role.

- This position is 30 hours per week, which can be spread across 4 or 5 days, with mandatory working days on Thursdays and Fridays.
- You will work alongside another dedicated falls administrator to manage the workload demand.
- The service operates between 8 am and 5 pm with a potential to occasionally support other services at weekends when required.
- The role can be based at any Oxford Health Community location in Oxfordshire, with the opportunity to work up to 50% of your hours from home once you are skilled and competent in the role.
- Initial office-based work in Witney for the first 3 months is essential as part of induction, with ongoing weekly attendance at Windrush House in Witney on Thursdays.
