Job summary

Are you an organised individual with experience in administration, seeking a busy, varied role?

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic administrator to join our Provider Collaborative team at Oxford Health, to join the Thames Valley Specialised Adult Eating Disorders HOPE Provider Collaborative support the Single Points of Access (SPA).

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, motivated individual with strong communication and administrative support skills and experience.

The post is a varied role which would be perfect for an organised individual with administration experience, you will be dealing with telephone queries, minute taking, diary management, meeting management, data entry, data quality and administrative support. This role is to provide crucial support to the wider team and other internal stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role, but there will be an expectation to be in the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

Main duties of the job

Some of the key duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring all correspondence/reports/papers are professionally and accurately presented and returned to deadlines and in line with SMT assurance framework.
  • Ensuring administration processes and procedures are adhered too.
  • Facilitating good communication systems with the SMT and ensure that information is disseminated appropriately and efficiently.
  • Preparing presentation materials as required.
  • Collating data for reports as required.
  • Managing own time and prioritise in providing service to SMT team members.
  • Being proactive and ensuring tasks are completed within set time frames.
