The role is to join our Administration workforce and will be working across both the Targeted and Mental Health Support Teams in Buckinghamshire CAMHS.The Targeted/MHST team provide timely assessment, psychological intervention and treatment for our Children and young people who require low intensity CBT support.
We are looking for a confident, competent individual to support both the Targeted and Mental Health Support Teams on a full time basis with various administrative tasks that are essential in keeping the service running smoothly.
It is essential that the administrator becomes knowledgeable in both teams functions and works collaboratively across the two teams.

Main duties of the job
- To provide a comprehensive administrative support to the clinical staff and managers within the Department.
- To be the first point of contact for patients, staff and visitors; to handle enquiries from all efficiently and courteously and with a polite and professional manner.
- Organise patient appointments, respond to email requests, uploading information to our database system and sending out correspondence.
- To be responsible for typing and preparing of documents, minutes, reports and other written material in a timely manner.
- To provide secretarial support to members of the team utilising a high level of IT skills to produce quality documentation to support the work of the team using the appropriate Microsoft software and adopting the Trust's corporate standards and style.
- To respond to email, telephone enquiries and written enquiries using a high level of initiative and responding in a confidential and sensitive way and action in the appropriate way
