Job summary

We are seeking to recruit a Healthcare Assistant to join our team based at Wenric House.

Wenric House is a 21-bedded low secure forensic ward for male adult, offering services to people suffering from enduring mental illness. We work within the principles of the recovery model and encourage families' involvement with those in our care.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to contribute and participate under supervision in the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of care and treatment for people with mental health problems.

It is mandatory for you to complete PEACE Training and other training directly related to the job.

You will work a rotating shift pattern to cover our 24 hours 7 day a week service. All candidates must be computer literate.
