Talent Acquisition Advisor

Oxford Health NHS Trust

The closing date is 10 November 2024

Job summary

We are recruiting for two Talent Acquisition Advisors to join us in transforming our recruitment team into a high-impact talent model, working with our managers to help them make great hiring decisions. You'll be key in helping us deliver against our people promises ensuring that we can attract the best talent in the market. This is a full time role based at our Littlemore HQ in Oxford with hybrid working arrangements.

You'll work closely with the senior TA partners, our HR Compliance and Onboarding Team and Recruitment Marketing & Events Team within our Resourcing function. You'll be a solutions-focussed business partner to managers across the Trust, ensuring that we are agile in meeting hiring needs and providing data and market insights to help fulfil vacancy requirements.

This is a great time to join the team as we roll out our new structure and processes where you will be in instrumental in shaping these and ensuring successful outcomes.

We are currently in the office, at recruitment events or onsite meeting our managers 1-2 days per week. We have hospital sites across our four counties (Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire & NE Somerset). You'll be expected to support these where needed so the ability to travel freely between sites is required.

If you've made a difference to an inhouse recruitment team, are passionate about candidate experience and advising hiring managers on their recruitment strategies, we would love to hear from you!
