Job summary
We are recruiting for a Patient Safety Administrator to join our busy Patient Safety Team at Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience, exposure and knowledge of the Trust and our services, liaising with colleagues at all levels as well as external stakeholders.
You'll manage the day-to-day administration of our patient safety incident reporting and investigation processes and act as first point of contact for patient safety enquiries, ensuring clear and effective communication with internal teams and external organisations.
Your role will involve overseeing patient safety emails, ensuring timely responses and actions, and preparing reports and minutes for patient safety meetings. Additionally, you will monitor and manage patient safety incidents on systems such as Ulysses and support the development of operational procedures aimed at improving patient safety services.
