Staff wellbeing is a top priority with staff involved in a dedicated wellbeing workstream, annual away days and access to an Employee Assistance Programme
The Trust hosts the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research and the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. The Oxfordshire Talking Therapies service follows a hybrid working pattern, currently aiming for staff on average to work for 3 days in a Trust office or clinic and 2 days from home.
Our two main bases are centrally located within Oxford, and we use additional clinic space around the county. Ability and willingness to travel for work purposes is essential.
