Job summary

Our Board are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive following the move of Dr Nick Broughton to the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire West Integrated Care Board. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated leader who understands and thrives in mental health and community services and can help us achieve our potential.

The Board of Oxford Health comprises committed executive directors and high-quality non-executives led by an experienced chair. We are active participants in and lead a set of provider collaboratives and seek to play an active role in the two integrated care systems in which we provide services.

Main duties of the job

The Chief Executive needs to work inside the organisation to streamline process, engage and motivate our doctors, nurses and allied health professionals and at the same time foster relations with local government, the voluntary sector, primary care and other NHS partners, ensuring Oxford Health is present and attended/actively engaged to in regional and national conversations.

We span a wide area, from the outskirts of Bristol to the London suburbs and a compendium of services, including forensic mental health wards and health services in prisons.
