Job summary

We are looking for a highly skilled digital project manager to join the team at the NIHR Oxford Health Clinical Research Facility (OH-CRF). In this role you will provide expert digital project support to enable comprehensive transformation of our research delivery services.

Main duties of the job

As digital project manager for the Clinical Research Facility you will support the development of innovative and novel digital solutions, including booking systems, sample tracking, sustainability, tracking orders and deliveries, database sourcing and management, and linking with the Data Science theme in the University of Oxford Department of Psychiatry.

You will have excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of effectively engaging a range of stakeholders, managing complex projects and achieving deadlines. You will be responsible for the coordination of gathering and collating regular updates from projects supporting team members in all aspects of their work including creating action/improvement plans. You will provide regular project reports, and support the development and maintenance of all project documentation and tracking tools, including a detailed suite of project plans and business cases, quality records and improvement plans. You will also maintain a high level of analytical skills and attention to detail, collate and analyse complex information from multiple sources.

You will be based in the OH-CRF research delivery team whilst working closely with internal and external teams . You will have the opportunity to attend external meetings, conferences and site visits , alongside hybrid working. Travel will be required.

To produce reports and undertake or participate in presentations to a range of different stakeholders, in different setting and with using a range of media as and when required

Develop communication materials to be used for all levels of the organisation and using a range of media including for websites, social media stakeholder events and Board meetings.

You must be able commute to the office as you will be required to attend meetings etc. on average twice a week.
