Job summary

We are looking for a enthusiastic individual who is able to join a busy team, work well under pressure and prioritise their workload.

We are a Countywide Dental Service providing a range of special care dental treatment, tailored to meet the individual needs of a patient whilst ensuring access.

Main duties of the job

The Dental Referral Coordinator must have an excellent telephone manner and able to liaise with a range of individuals from professionals to patients & carers by supporting with their queries that come through via phone or our dental referral inbox.

You will process all referrals into the department and accurately record data onto the dedicated databases. You will support with the Dental Referral Bureau Lead by highlighting any urgent queries and ensuring the appropriate actions are taking place.
