Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our dynamic, community based Melksham CAMHS Team.

The Melksham CAMHS Team provides mental health services to children and adolescents across North and West Wiltshire, and our Receptionists and Administrators hold a vital role in providing administrative support to our Clinical Team and responsive communication with the young people, families and agencies that we work with.

You will play an essential role in supporting vulnerable young people to accessour servicesand to provide a quality service provision for service users and their families / supporters.

We'll need you to be able to work Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays in this role - 8.30 - 17:00 with one hour's break.

Main duties of the job

We need someone who can work closely with the existing administration team to support the clinicians in the service. You will be responsible for answering calls and emails and directing them to the appropriate staff member, as well as providing a high standard of administration and secretarial support to the team.

You will take an active part in team meetings and other team activities in order to develop safe and efficient processes for the development of the CAMHS service.

You will also be tasked with completing office duties such as photocopying, scanning documents and distributing post.

We'll need you to be able to work in a changing and dynamic working environment and have excellent attention to detail, with particular consideration of data security and confidentiality. It will be necessary for you tomaintain databases by the collecting and inputting of data relating to Team activity and reporting information as necessary.
