Job summary

Wiltshire and BANES Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) are looking to recruit a creative and forward thinking individual as a Business and Performance Manager to support the expansion of MHSTs.

This post will support the delivery of the MHST services in Wiltshire and BANES which work across the health and education sector, providing low intensity CBT interventions to children and young people in eligible schools.

In this role, you will work in collaboration with the Clinical Team Managers and Deputy Team Managers to co-ordinate the production of a range of performance and business reports and support with tasks relating to the service delivery and operational management of the Wiltshire and BANEs MHSTs. You will also be responsible for the line management of MHST team administrators.

There is the opportunity for hybrid working, however the role will involve travel to bases in both the Wiltshire and BANES areas including Keynsham, Melksham and Salisbury. We can be flexible with regards to the main base for this post.

Main duties of the job

In this role, we'll need you to manage and co-ordinate the production, analysis and presentation of a range of performance and business reports for the MHSTs and support the Clinical Team Managers with tasks related to the management of the team, working in collaboration with them and Deputy Team Managers.

You will take a lead on non-clinical tasks that require direction from the Clinical Team Managers and Deputy Team Managers but can be fulfilled through being delegated. Examples include; coordinating staff induction programmes, undertaking audits, supporting with the management of team rotas and administrative tasks relating to recruitment and the TRAC system.

We'll need you to be IT literate, being familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Power Point. Experience of using Power BI will be helpful, although training will be provided. We'll need you to have a flexible and adaptable approach to work whilst having good administrative and time management skills.
