We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development and Improvement Support Officer to join our friendly and supportive team. Main duties of the job
The Support Officer will assist the Programme and Partnership Manager with administrative and project management tasks. This role involves aiding the Improvement and Innovation team as part of the Mental Health Improvement Programme.
The officer is expected to work independently, discerning the needs of team members and facilitating their work to ensure peak performance, while also adhering strictly to instructions.
They will serve as a central point of contact, overseeing the communication flow regarding commissioner communications and managing various complex portals that are used for advertising and handling commercial opportunities.
Additionally, the officer will undertake the roles of project manager and bid writer when necessary.
The role includes managing and coordinating secretarial and administrative support for the community team, developing and overseeing the local performance framework to guarantee prompt and precise data collection and reporting.
Furthermore, the officer will assist Operational Leads and Service Managers with the regular management of staff-related matters, including sickness, annual leave, training, and performance appraisals.
