Then come and join our team as a Sales and Marketing Officer!
The aim of this role is to support the Sales and Marketing strategy at Oxford Pharmacy Store (OPS), an NHS owned UK pharmaceutical wholesaler, with a focus on supporting internal and external communications and assisting with customer and supplier relationship management.
The role requires an enthusiastic, organised individual, ideally with relevant qualifications and demonstrable experience in a sales, marketing and/or or customer services-based role.
Main duties of the job
- To support the Sales and Marketing strategy at OPS aimed at increasing revenues and enhancing the OPS brand.
- To handle day-to-day customer and supplier enquiries via phone, email, website.
- To prepare marketing publications for customers and oversee the distribution of newsletters, mailings, presentations website and electronic communications.
- To develop and maintain the OPS website and social media channels.
- To develop and maintain customer services function
- To develop and implement marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- To maintain and produce OPS publications and marketing materials.
- To actively promote OPS's products and services and search out new business opportunities.
- To support relationship management and alliances with customers and suppliers.
- To prepare data and reports for internal meetings and in response to external tenders for supply of goods and /or services.
