Main duties of the job
The Performance Manager will oversee portfolio business performance activities within the Trust, ensuring effective and efficient delivery of services.
They will serve as the primary contact for Directors and the Senior Management Team, fostering relationships with external partners and commissioners.
Responsibilities include on a daily basis will include;
- Monitoring and reporting on performance
- Supporting business planning
- Contributing to the Trust's Performance Management Framework
The role demands expertise in data collection, analysis, and interpretation, supporting in the understanding and communication of complex performance matters.
The Performance Manager will also engage in business communication and ensure adherence to Trust policies and regulations, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and equality.
