We are seeking Senior Mental Health Practitioners (you might be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, OT or Social Worker) to join our fast paced and dynamic CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team. We'd really like to find an enthusiastic, caring individual with experience in working with Children or Adults in a mental health setting.
You might have experience already, or not - if you are newly/recently qualified, we can offer this role as a Band 5 to Band 6 development opportunity.
You'll be working as part of an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality care and inputting into clinical pathway developments, as well as contributing to the assessment and treatment of young people who have presented to the CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team.

Main duties of the job
We, in the CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team, work closely with other Child and Adolescent mental health services within Oxfordshire and the urgent care pathway provision.
We offer a range of programmes and evidence-based treatments to assist a patient's return to health using both 1:1 treatments and group work.
The key part of this role will include you delivering and evaluating intensive community treatment for children and young people in Oxfordshire experiencing a mental health crisis.
This will involve opportunities to hold your own caseload of patients to support the delivery of evidenced based interventions for wide range of presenting difficulties.
