Job summary
We are looking for a full or part time administrator to join our friendly, dynamic Community Team in our City & South Oxfordshire Team.
Could you work as part of our team to support our clinicians with the administration of delivering the service to people with Learning Disabilities in Oxfordshire ?
If you are experienced in administration processes and systems and can follow procedures then we would welcome your application.
We are a Monday - Friday 9-5 service. We work both from our Hub offices and from home, and a mix of office and home working will be required.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will need to be motivated, and enjoys working as part of a team.
With administration experience. You will join the small administration team as part of the wider community team and your main role will be to ensure the day to day process is followed, this includes administrating referrals from patients, keeping the electronic patient records up to date. Also responding to queries from the friendly clinical team regarding core functions of the administrators such as data entry, inbox queries, telephone enquiries and service reports.
There will also be opportunities to support clinicians directly when required, such as minute taking case reviews, and organising some of the patient appointments. The wider multi-disciplinary team are highly supportive and committed to delivering a high quality person centred service. Regular supervision will be provided, and you will be encouraged and supported to undertake any training relevant to your professional and personal development.
