A vacancy has opened upfor someone to join our Financial Services team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust in the post of Accounts Payable Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be part of a busy Accounts Payable team that are responsible for processing purchase invoices owned for a specific range of suppliers ensuring that all invoices are correctly addressed to Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for the daily supervision of the Accounts Payable staff and department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of the daily and monthly workload.

You will carry out the creditor payment runs. Liaising with Managers to ensure effective cash management.

The post holder will carry/run the AP Month End Reports.

You will develop, implement and maintain new Accounts Payable systems and records to ensure that all monies owed by the Trust is paid in a timely manner. To monitor these systems to ensure that they follow the Trust's policies and procedures.
