  • For Me Adult Secure - Mental Health and Learning Disabilities and Autism
  • HOPE Adult Eating Disorders
  • Thames Valley Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services

As a Contract Support Officer, you will work closely with managers and clinical staff, ensuring the smooth implementation of contracts and agreements. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be vital in maintaining accurate records and documentation, supporting the efficient functioning of the teams.But there's more to this role than just administrative support. Your contribution will directly impact the provision of specialised mental health services, ensuring that individuals in need receive the care and support they deserve. Main duties of the job

Main duties include:

  • Responsibility for negotiating, managing and performance reporting for a range of smaller value contracts.
  • Providing administrative support to provider contract and performance meetings.
  • Managing contract documentation.
  • Relationship management with a broad range of internal and external partners.
  • Checking and validation of contract invoices .
  • Regular and ad hoc performance and financial reporting.

Further Training or Job Related Aptitude and Skills

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience of working in a contracting or procurement setting.
