As part of our services across Oxfordshire, we are implementing Primary Care Mental Health hubs to support GP practices with Mental Health assessment and support for patients in their communities.

We have created new and exciting posts, in the Witney Primary Care Mental Health Teams (PCMHTs) the vacancy will be based within Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs, the Witney Hub is currently being sourced and is expected to be housed within the main shopping streets in Witney.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for Integrated Mental Health Hub Clinicians who are experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions in a community setting, with a passion for partnership approaches to care for adults living with serious mental illness.

These roles need people who are innovative and want to help achieve our vision for cross-sector integrated pathways, removing existing barriers, to deliver better access to dedicated mental health support in local, non-stigmatised community settings.
