BTT is a nationally recognised, high-performing service supporting over 12,000 adults a year to manage their common mental health difficulties.Due to expansion over recent years, we are now recruiting a second Service Manager.
We are looking for someone who will lead and guide our workforce in achieving our service vision to deliver an outstanding, accessible, and innovative service for the people of Buckinghamshire. Fostering a compassionate, motivating, and inclusive culture to support a workforce that is representative of the communities we serve.
The post holder will support the Clinical Lead/Head of Service and be a pivotal member of our Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for leadership of our award-winning Operational Team. We place great emphasis on staff wellbeing, and there will be a strong focus on leading with care to support colleagues and contribute to wellbeing initiatives within the service. Main duties of the job

Bucks Talking Therapies is a large, diverse, and vibrant service comprising high and low intensity therapists (including trainees), operational & admin staff, employment advisors and peer support workers. The many workstreams and projects taking place across the service, as well as new innovations being rolled out, ensures there are a variety of opportunities for your continuing professional development. We have an award winning and very active staff wellbeing team within the service. We run in-house forums for equality, diversity, and inclusion and to support and connect our team of line managers.
This post will be based in one of the two main BTT bases, within the centres of High Wycombe or Aylesbury. Regular in-person attendance at the workplace is an expectation of this role due to the need for our senior leaders to be visible and available, however a proportion of home working will also be supported.
