Here is your opportunity to join the Oxford Healthcare Improvement team as a Quality Improvement Facilitator. The role will cover a wide range of quality improvement work across the Trust and will support directorate based improvement hubs as well as a number of improvement projects. The role will also look include coaching and training staff across the Trust on improvement methodologies, helping projects have real impacts.

Quality Improvement Facilitator
Oxford Healthcare Improvement (OHI) has been established for four years, in order to build upon past learning and successes the team has undergone a restructure over the past year to support Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust to fulfil the ambition to deliver outstanding care by an outstanding team!
The post holder will help build QI capacity and capability within the organisation by providing QI support, coaching and training within our directorate-based hubs, lead and support trust wide QI projects and training and contribute to QI projects undertaken in partnerships with external stakeholders.
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic team members who have experience in coaching, supporting and leading teams and services to identify and implement improvement activity using an inspirational and flexible approach. The post holder will put the patient, service user and carer experience at the heart of all QI projects and work alongside Experts by Experience to ensure improvements are responsive to the needs of those who use Oxford Health NHS FT services
