This Team Leader role could be for you!
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced podiatrist with a passion to develop both the profession and the staff you will be line managing.
Main duties of the job
As the Podiatry Team Leader you will demonstrate clinical leadership, monitor staff and help with team develop. You will be expected to identify the need for local podiatry services, evaluate, priorities and plan provision accordingly, within contractual agreements.
You will promote and develop the reputation of the podiatry department by acting as a link to Primary Health Care Teams and Clinical Commissioning Groups.

Approximately 50% of your time will be in clinic doing advanced level podiatry on the high risk foot with the other 50% leading and managing your team whilst being directly involved in service development and innovation.
