We are seeking a full or part time Receptionists to join our busy Reception and Out of Hours Coordination Centre based at Warneford Hospital.

Main duties of the job

You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and service users therefore it is essential that you have excellent communication skills, you are caring and have a warm and friendly manner. You will need to be highly organised, able to prioritise and work under pressure.

  • A full time role would be 37.5 hours, worked over the following shift pattern: As part of the role, you will be required to work all of the below shifts and be able to travel to other locations subject to departmental requirements.

06:00 - 14:00 hrs 14:00 - 22:00 hrs 22:00 - 06:00 hrs (09:00-17:00 when service requires)
