Job summary

Are you a friendly and proficient administrator, with excellent customer service skills?

Oxfordshire Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Eating Disorders is looking for team administrator to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the service and to be fully involved in developing and creating the highest quality service provision for service users and their families / supporters.

You will be a key player in establishing safe and effective administrative systems and processes within the team in collaboration with other team members to help our clinical processes run smoothly for our medical team.

Main duties of the job

Accessibility, responsiveness and excellence in customer service with the highest regard for service experience will be at the heart of the service and the Team Administrator will use their skills and personal style to make this a reality.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative, clerical, and secretarial support to the medical team within the eating disorders team, ensuring high quality standards in all aspects of the role.

To do this, we'll need you to use your high level of communication with team members, service users/carers and other customers.
