**This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing a new service and shaping your role within it**As part of our services across Oxfordshire, we are implementing Primary Care Mental Health hubs to support GP practices with Mental Health assessment and support for patients in their communities.
We have created new and exciting posts, all within each of the three South Oxfordshire Primary Care Mental Health Teams (PCMHTs) covering Abingdon, Wantage/ Didcot/ Farringdon and Wallingford/ Henley/ Thame. The first 2 PCMHTs are operating and the final one, Wallingford/ Henley/ Thame will be fully operational from January 2024. The PCMHTs will be based within Keystone Mental Health and Wellbeing Hubs. The Abingdon Hub is open and the other two are in the process of being procured .
Main duties of the job
We are looking for 3 Integrated Mental Health Hub Clinicians who are experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions in a community setting, with a passion for partnership approaches to care for adults living with serious mental illness.
These roles need people who are innovative and want to help achieve our vision for cross-sector integrated pathways, removing existing barriers, to deliver better access to dedicated mental health support in local, non-stigmatised community settings.
