Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our new Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team in Buckinghamshire.
As a member of the Community Mental Health Rehabilitation Team, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive multi skilled team to deliver a recovery focused rehabilitation service for individuals with Severe and enduring mental health (SMI).
Main duties of the job
As the Occupational Therapist in this role, you will work with individuals under the rehabilitation team to enable them to live independently as possible and manage their health and well-being needs. You will hold a varied caseload, offering time limited, evidence based Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions with a recovery and rehabilitation focus. You will work collaboratively with staff and individuals to co-produce and develop support plans and SMART goals that are tailored to individual needs and interests that aid recovery and develop independence.
